Job Purpose  :  Be responsible for delivering outstanding execution of the “Picture of Success” in outlets within their area of control by leading, managing and coaching DSMs, SRs and Merchandisers under their control, jointly working with NKAMs, LKAMs, as well as other departments and functions in order to engage, achieve volume and revenue targets.


  1. Lead the team to deliver the Picture of Success by the effective use of an ISBP for every outlet in order to ensure an excellent sales and marketing execution.
  2. Responsible for ensuring that their team dominates the share of visible inventory to meet and exceed the targeted RED – KPIs.
  3. Manage mix, core pack penetration, promotional compliance and by ensuring that the team execute the key drivers of sales and profit (PICOS / ISBP) at store level in order to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  4. Lead, manage, and monitor the team to ensure that CCAI Customer service policy of calling on every store is implemented and that the planned call process is adhered to and rigorously reinforced, via weekly reports and coaching in order to maintain customer satisfaction and partnership.
  5. Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  6. Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP). Conduct regular route rides with the team to evaluate performance by utilizing the use of the coaching reports.
  7. Monitoring A/R (Account Receivable) and forecast accuracy
  8. Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Key Account Management and Execution Management from Multi National Consumer Good Company
  • Technical Competencies: Selling, Project Management, Budgeting, Marketing, Account Management and Business Acumen.
  • Willing to be base in Makassar
